Pneumatic cleaning

Pneumatic cleaning is a method of cleaning and removing dirt, dust, waste materials or other substances using air as a driving medium. This method uses compressed air to create a strong air stream that is capable of removing dirt from surfaces, cavities, pipes or other parts.

Pneumatic cleaning is often used in industrial environments where fast and efficient cleaning procedures are required. It can be applied to various materials and surfaces such as metals, plastics, wood, glass and more.

In the pneumatic cleaning process, compressed air is delivered to a device, often called a cleaning gun, which generates a strong air stream. This air stream is then directed at the cleaned surface or space, causing the dirt to be removed. Pneumatic cleaning can be effective in removing dust, stains, coating, paint, debris or other contaminants.

The advantage of pneumatic cleaning is the ability to achieve quick and effective results. The use of compressed air allows access to hard-to-reach places or cavities that would otherwise be difficult or impossible to clean by other means. Pneumatic cleaning also minimizes the need to use chemical cleaning agents, which can be beneficial from an environmental and safety perspective.

When using pneumatic cleaning, it is important to follow safety precautions and procedures to minimize the risk of damage to surfaces or injury. It is recommended to follow the manufacturer's instructions and use equipment and protective equipment suitable for the application.
