passive house

An energy-passive house is a house that provides its residents with a high quality indoor environment in winter and summer, and at the same time allows to significantly reduce energy consumption for heating and operation by up to 90% compared to the current standard.

Advantages of an energy passive house
High quality of the internal environment, higher temperature of the surface of perimeter structures, constant supply of fresh air, high energy efficiency, these are just some of the advantages of healthy living in passive houses.

Higher temperature of the internal surfaces of the peripheral structures thanks to a very good thermal envelope. The difference between the temperature of the interior air and the surface of the walls and windows is very small even in winter (2-3 degrees)
The air quality is ensured by the constant supply of fresh air and the extraction of exhaled air, which is ensured by the ventilation unit.
The energy efficiency of the house thanks to its construction saves up to 90% of heating costs during its lifetime.
Passive use of solar energy thanks to the southern orientation of the glass surfaces.
The airtightness of the house ensures the proper functioning of the ventilation system.

Disadvantages of an energy passive house

Higher investment costs for the development of project documentation.
Higher investment costs for the implementation of the work due to the use of better building materials and hole fillings, greater thickness of thermal insulation, but also the technical equipment of the house. However, the increased initial investment will be returned due to lower energy consumption as well as the increased market value of such a house.
