bipolar motor

Bipolárny motor

A bipolar motor is a type of electric motor that has two poles or two coils in the stator part and twice as many discs in the rotor part. Its name "bipolar" comes from the fact that it has two poles that can be polarized positively or negatively. This type of engine is known for its simplicity and efficiency.

The operation of a bipolar motor depends on the electromagnetic interaction between the stator and the rotor. When current is transferred to the stator coil, a magnetic field is created that acts on the rotor and causes it to start rotating. When the current changes, the polarity of the magnetic field will also change and the rotor will continue to rotate.

Bipolar motors are often used in a variety of applications, such as driving stepper motors in printers, CNC machines, robotic systems, and other precision motion applications. Their advantages are high accuracy, reliability, simple construction and the ability to work with high torques.
